If you’re an OG follower, you’ll remember Fab Finds Friday that Cora and I started way back last summer. That was super fun while it lasted and was a great way to share inspiring content that we were loving that week, but it ended up being a bit tough to coordinate and keep up with once school got cray.
I also sometimes had the urge to share something that wasn’t super inspirational per se, but was just something super random…like By Chloe vegan mac n cheese (you GUYS).
So in that spirit, I have decided to create a new series. Now whether it be weekly, biweekly, or semi-annual, I honestly have no idea.
Like you already know if you’ve read my lessons from abroad post or life update post, I am very much FLOWING right now and really don’t want to impose too much structure where it’s not needed.
I’d much rather have my posts actually have some substance and value than putting something out just to put it out, ya feel?
So with that, let’s dive into what I am currently obsessing over…
Jessica’s Gluten Free Granola in chocolate chip
I’ve waxed poetic about this granola before, but I just wanted to let you know, the obsession lives on. It was my first purchase when I finally stepped foot in Whole Foods after months apart (Scotland needs WF, y’all), and I RAN through that bag. It’s the most addictive granola ever. Sorry not sorry.
Four Sigmatic hot cocoa before bed
This habit has pretty much been going strong for like a year now, and I’m not mad about it. Well I’m a little mad because this stuff is NOT CHEAP, but it’s also so freaking good and I refuse to give it up. You guys, I signed up for the monthly subscription. But I think the real low (high??) point was when I was abroad and decided to order 5 boxes of Four Sigmatic hot cocoa to “avoid shipping fees.” Honestly it ended up being a steal because it was free shipping, and I got a discount, and I would have still bought those 5 boxes eventually right?? Right.
And that is the story of how I spent $100 dollars on hot cocoa. Oops.
Homemade baked goods for a portable breakfast
This has been a legit game-changer for me. I leave for work very early and am usually not hungry, so I like to pack breakfast to eat at work later in the morning. Now while my normal breakfasts are things like loaded yogurt bowls and oatmeal with all the fixins, that’s not exactly subway-portable breakfast material. Baked goods on the other hand? SOLID.
I’ve been loving packing a little box of different summer berries, or a peach, or tons of juicy pineapple and pairing it with a brownie or two (these are INSANE), or some of these cookies. Planning on baking up some muffins soon for the week ahead (any recommendations?? I’m feeling these ones that are an old fave…)
Alo Yoga free yoga videos on Youtube
Sometimes when I get home from work, the last thing I can think about doing is a HIIT or sweaty Pilates session. But I still want to move my bod and release some pent-up energy from sitting all day. What’s a girl to do? These Alo Yoga videos have been hitting. the. spot lately, and I love that they have so much variety!

Taylor Swift’s new single Me!
I’m an OG Tay fan, and have loved and supported her through all her transitions and pivots. I think she’s honestly an incredible artist and businesswoman, and I always felt we would be best friends if we met. ๐ That being said, Reputation was not my favorite. At all. ย This new song, though, I’m loving. It might be silly and frivolous, but it’s also summer, and what’s wrong with silly? Just love the happy vibes from this song, and it sounds like Tay is in a much better place in her life right now, so I’m excited for her! ๐
And that’s all for me, loves! Hope you’re all doing well and enjoying the warm summer weather! <3

For muffin recipes, I recommend checking out Running With Spoons blog. I love her flourless almond butter muffins and pretty much make those weekly.

Thanks, Alicia! Omg I used to be OBSESSED with her blog (I still occasionally check to see whether sheโs back). Totally forgot about her muffin recipes! The flourless banana bread ones were always my fave!

AHHHH, I forgot how much I love that hot cocoa! I’m sure it was well worth the $100. ๐
100% agree about Taylor Swift. Her new song gives off all the happy vibes and I’ve listened to it so many times.
Naomi recently posted…What I Ate and Wore This Week (cinnamon horchata chocolate)

Nicole! I miss you, my dear. I have an ungodly amount of catch up to do on your life, which I am determined to do – including going back and going through anything you’ve said about your time in England because I am deep into planning my own September trip right now and want all the tips.
I love this type of post or series – like the one we had. I think they’re my favorite. Just to see what someone is loving or into now… it always tells me about something I didn’t know or reminds me of something I once loved. The packed baking + tupperware of fruit + thermos of coffee is my JAM. I need baking in my freezer or I feel psychologically naked. My favorite muffin recipes come from ambitious kitchen. My go-tos are her blueberry zucchini or her pumpkin chocolate chip. I’ve learned I can’t really go wrong with any of her loaves or muffins.
And don’t worry… I’ve definitely done things very similar to spending $100 on hot cocoa. We love what we love, RIGHT??

Awww Cora, OMG your comment made my entire day. I miss you so much too; I was actually stalking you on Insta just the other day hehe ๐
And that’s so so exciting about England; def check out my Highlights on Instagram for recommendations <3
And yes, it was an awesome series, and I'm totally with you. Sometimes we all need those small reminders of things that brought us joy in the past. LOL "I need baking in my freezer or I feel psychologically naked" YAS HAHAHA! You're my spirit animal :p And yes omg love Monique's recipes so so much. Actually haven't tried the ones you've mentioned 'cause she has SO MANY OPTIONS, but now I'll have to.
Hope all is well, lady <3
