Hello my lovely bees! How is your week going? I hope it is the perfect mix of productive and restful; I’ve been trying to keep that balance as I study for all my finals.
Just popping in to share a day of eats with y’all from last week. T’was a good one!
This was a Monday coffee date day, so I grabbed a Perfect bar before running out the door and ate that with my black coffee while girl-talking. Yes, we will be continuing the tradition next semester.
After classes, I grabbed an acai bowl from our on-campus cafe, which had banana, acai, and peanut butter, with chia seeds, hemp seeds, bananas, and berries on top. All about the toppings.
After class and before work, I ate a few pieces of pineapple to hold me over.
When I got back home I had a handful of nuts as a pre-workout snack and then did this workout. So fun!
Dinner was just some chicken, beans, and veggies from the dining hall, which I’ll spare you the picture of 😀
